Sitges station, on Plaça Eduard Maristany, is the one to use: Renfe's Rodalies R2 Sud trains run to it from Barcelona about four times an hour, and the old town and the seafront lie south of it.
Which station to use
Sitges station is the stop for the old town, the Passeig de la Ribera seafront and the town's beaches. Every train that calls there runs on the R2 Sud, the Garraf coast line between Barcelona and Sant Vicenç de Calders, and a few early and late trains carry on north through Barcelona as R2. Renfe runs them under the Rodalies de Catalunya name. No long-distance trains call here: for Madrid or the rest of Spain, start from Barcelona-Sants.
