Direct TGV INOUI trains link Paris Nord and Lille in about 1 hour 5 minutes, with departures roughly every hour through the day.

## Lille Flandres or Lille Europe

Most TGV INOUI trains from Paris Nord end at Lille Flandres, in the city centre, after about 1 hour 5 minutes. Trains carrying on towards Dunkerque or Boulogne stop at Lille Europe instead and take about 1 hour 15 minutes. For most trips, aim for Lille Flandres.

Getting it wrong costs you little. The two stations are 500 metres apart, about 10 minutes on foot, and metro line 2 links them in one stop. Lille Europe is the better arrival if you are connecting to a Eurostar for London or Brussels, which leave from there. If a booking page shows only "Lille", open the train details and confirm the station before you pay.

## Departures and journey time

TGV INOUI trains leave Paris Nord roughly hourly. Expect about one every half hour in the morning and early evening, and a couple of longer gaps around midday. Counting every operator and [Paris](<https://everyrail.com/france/paris/>) station, around 27 trains a day run between Paris and Lille.

A few direct TER regional trains also run from Paris Nord to Lille Flandres, but they take over 2 hours, about twice as long as the TGV.

On the weekends of 28 to 29 November and 5 to 6 December 2026, engineering works retime trains and add about 10 to 20 minutes to the journey.

## OUIGO from the airport and Marne-la-Vallée

OUIGO, the low-cost high-speed brand, does not leave from Paris Nord. Its Lille trains start at Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, beside Disneyland Paris, and call at Charles de Gaulle airport before reaching Lille Flandres. From the airport, TGV INOUI and OUIGO trains take about 50 minutes to an hour, so you can skip central Paris entirely.

OUIGO Essential fares include one hand-luggage bag and one suitcase or backpack. Anything more needs the extra luggage option.

## Tickets and passes

SNCF Connect sells TGV INOUI, OUIGO and TER tickets on the route. The lowest fares, from €10 on some dates, are on OUIGO from the airport or Marne-la-Vallée and on the slow TER; TGV INOUI prices from Paris Nord vary by train and date. A seat reservation is compulsory on both TGV INOUI and OUIGO.

With an Interrail pass, you pay a TGV INOUI reservation of €10 to €20.
