## Brno to Prague runs on two competing operators

Ceske drahy and RegioJet both run frequent direct trains between Brno and Prague, with roughly 30 or more departures a day between them. The fastest direct services take about 2 hours 30 to 2 hours 45 minutes. Because two operators compete on the same corridor, fares and onboard standards differ: RegioJet markets itself on price and extras such as onboard entertainment, while Ceske drahy tickets are more widely accepted across other domestic connections and rail pass validity.
